About Ogden Air Logistics Center

Established in January of 1943, Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) is a United States Air Force Facility that provides depot maintenance on a range of USAF weapon systems and the service’s top fighter aircraft. It is also a leading supplier of software, pneudraulics, secondary power systems, composites, and IBCM rocket motors for the Department of Defense. Additionally, OO-ALC is also the Air Force’s primary Landing Gear Center for Industrial and Technical Expertise, overseeing landing gear for the entire Air Force as well as a majority of other DoD landing gear.

The center employs more than 8,100 military, civilian, and contract personnel at Hill AFB in over 150 unique roles. The center also coordinates with 10 satellite locations in both the United States and Japan. The responsibilities of these satellite locations includes management of cost, schedule, and quality of repair, as well as MRO of Air Force aircraft, the Minuteman ICBM system, commodities, software, and aircraft storage and regeneration. Units stationed at OO-ALC include the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, 309th Aircraft, Commodities, Electronics, Missile, and Software Maintenance Groups, as well as the 309th Maintenance Support Group.

Products, Services, and Platforms

Services:

• Maintenance and Logistical Support: OO-ALC performs maintenance and logistical support for key Air Force aircraft such as the F-35 Lightning II, F-22 Raptor, F-16 Fighting Falcon and A-10 Thunderbolt. The complex also oversees the maintenance of the C-130 Hercules, T-38 Talon and other weapon systems such as the Minuteman III ICBM.

Since 2012, the center has been associated with the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, a branch of the United States Air Force.
